Delivery, payment & service

Professional instruments deserve careful handling. We discuss transport, collection and additional services directly with you.

How to order

Online checkout offers personal collection or collection by a freight forwarder that you commission and pay directly. We charge no shipping fee for these options. Your freight forwarder’s costs are not included in the basket.

Please request an individual quotation for UPS / DHL Express, international orders or additional calibration. Online checkout currently supports billing addresses in Germany.

Transport for your instrument

Depending on the equipment, transport is by a freight forwarder commissioned by the customer or by insured UPS or DHL Express shipment. Worldwide delivery is available on request.

Packaging, transport, insurance, destination and costs are agreed for the specific instrument. Please request your transport quotation before ordering.

Payment in advance

Payment is exclusively in advance. Payment details are provided during order processing.

Handover or dispatch takes place after receipt of payment at an agreed time. Additional calibration may extend the preparation period.

Collect. Inspect. Test.

You can collect the equipment personally at our laboratory in St. Ingbert and thoroughly test its functions before purchase.

Please arrange an appointment and tell us the instrument and tests required so that we can prepare your visit.

Calibration on request

Where required, we can arrange calibration before handover by the manufacturer or by a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory.

Availability, quantities, scope, cost and turnaround time are quoted individually. Calibration is included only if expressly agreed.

Clarity before purchase

We sell exclusively to business customers. Equipment is used and sold in its described condition. The specific equipment description and agreed scope of supply apply.

No voluntary guarantee is provided. See our terms of sale for the exclusion of liability for defects and statutory exceptions. Existing calibration records or an earlier calibration do not replace a newly commissioned calibration.

Worldwide sales & export control

We sell to business customers worldwide, subject to the legal admissibility of each delivery. Depending on their technical specifications, certain instruments – including signal generators, spectrum analysers, preamplifiers and other test or laboratory equipment – may be subject to export controls, for example as dual-use items.

Before an international delivery, we review the specific equipment, the buyer’s country of establishment, the destination country, the consignee or end user, and the intended end use. Export restrictions, sanctions or embargoes may require a licence or prevent a delivery.

Where required for this review or a licensing procedure, the buyer or actual end user must provide a complete, duly signed end-use certificate. We will agree the required documentation with you. An end-use certificate does not replace any necessary export licence.

Delivery takes place only after the required checks have been completed and all necessary documents and licences are available. This may extend the preparation period. Please include the destination country, end user and intended use in your enquiry. This review also applies to collection or transport by your own freight forwarder where subsequent export is intended.

Let us discuss your equipment.

For transport quotations, please provide the instrument or reference number, destination country and postcode. For calibration, also specify the quantities and calibration scope required.
